Job duties ( Production supervisor jobs in Bangalore ) :
The Production Supervisor will be taking up the below responsibilities:
- Prepare production plan and ensure resources are available to meet the plan
- Allocate tasks to operators according to job skill and availability
- Manage operators and ensure that they perform as per production plan
- Enforce safety guidelines in the shop floor
- Submit performance reports to the next higher level management
- Train new employees on operation and safety of equipment
- Must be able to resolve issues that affects efficiency
- Suggest process improvements
Key preferred skills:
- Production Planning and Control
- Equipment operation
- Organizational and shop-floor level leadership
- Self-motivated
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Internet, Email and MS Office
Qualification:
- Preferred qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
Work experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Production Supervision job in a Mechanical industry
