JOB DESCRIPTION:
A leading Bangalore based Software company in Bangalore are looking for Sales Manager
Job duties :
This candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing the sales team successfully
- Achieve planned sales targets
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to enhance the existing customer base and manage them
- Recruit, set objectives, train and monitor performance of sales representatives
- Build and maintain a strong and long-term customer relationships
- Reporting on the sales, revenues and expenses
- Forecast Sales and present it to the management
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Make efforts to become aware of new products in the market and the status of the competition
Key skills required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Result oriented and self motivated
- Goal Driven
- Good sales related skills
Qualification:
- Required qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Work experience:
Candidate must have the below work experience which is mandatory:
- 8 plus years’ of work experience in Sales in a Software industry
