A leading Bangalore based Software company in Bangalore are looking for Sales Manager

Job duties :

This candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Managing the sales team successfully
  • Achieve planned sales targets
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to enhance the existing customer base and manage them
  • Recruit, set objectives, train and monitor performance of sales representatives
  • Build and maintain a strong and long-term customer relationships
  • Reporting on the sales, revenues and expenses
  • Forecast Sales and present it to the management
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts
  • Make efforts to become aware of new products in the market and the status of the competition

Key skills required:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Result oriented and self motivated
  • Goal Driven
  • Good sales related skills


  • Required qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Work experience:

Candidate must have the below work experience which is mandatory:

  • 8 plus years’ of work experience in Sales in a Software industry
