A Bangalore based IT Organization requires a Lead Generation and Business Development executive

Job duties :

This candidate will be responsible for handling following job duties:

  • B2B Sales and marketing of our software products to prospects.
  • Make cold calls to Customers
  • Handle sales calls.
  • Build long lasting Customer relationships.
  • Make effective presentations of our products and services to the Prospective Customers.
  • Conduct daily and weekly team meetings.
  • Develop effective sales strategies
  • Work with the technical presales team to enable good interaction with prospects.
  • Prepare and report weekly and monthly sales plans.

Key skills required:

  • Good proficiency in Internet and Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new products
  • Ability to demonstrate and present IT products in such a way as to impress the Customer 
  • Telecalling
  • Time management skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Work at different timings as the need be.


  • Required qualification: MBA (Marketing)

Work experience:

  • 0 to 3 years in the Software / IT product / services Organization. (Selling experience in Analytics, CRM, ERP and enterprise solutions will be preferred)
