These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the iProfaz website, shop pages and all digital products offered through this site. By accessing, browsing, purchasing or using any part of this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use this website or purchase any products from it.

The Website provides downloadable digital Products intended for business and management use. The Products are generic, configurable frameworks and are not customised solutions unless expressly agreed under a separate consulting engagement with Inzinc Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.
Use of the Website and purchase of Products does not automatically create a consulting or advisory engagement. Any consulting engagement will be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work and engagement terms agreed directly with you.
4. Account creation and security
Some features or purchases may require you to create an account or provide contact details. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach.
5. Ordering, pricing and payments
All prices for Products are displayed on the Website in the relevant currency, along with applicable taxes or GST where required. We may change prices, introduce promotions or update Products at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders already completed.
Payments for Products are processed through third-party payment gateway services such as Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorise us and our payment gateway providers to process the transaction using the payment information you supply. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Your order is complete when payment has been successfully received. You will then receive access to download the purchased Product, typically through the Website or via a link sent to your email address.
6. Digital products and delivery
All Products are digital downloads and no physical items will be shipped. After successful payment, download links will be provided on-screen, by email or both.
You are responsible for having the necessary software and tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint or compatible applications) to open and use the Product files. We are not responsible if you cannot open a file due to lack of compatible software or outdated versions.
Please download and back up your files promptly. While we may allow re-downloads in some cases, continuous access is not guaranteed.
7. Licence and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated on the Product page, when you purchase a Product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
a) Use and modify the Product within your own organisation, and Use and adapt the Product within your client engagements where you are acting as a consultant or service provider.
b) You may customise the content, formatting and structure to fit your internal processes and requirements.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
Resell, repackage or redistribute the Product as a stand-alone digital product or template.
c) Offer the Product, or a substantially similar template based primarily on the Product, as a competing product on any marketplace, website or store.
d) Share the unmodified Product files in bulk with third parties outside your organisation or outside client engagements.
e) Claim ownership of the original Product design, structure, or explanation notes as your own intellectual property.
8. Prohibited activities
In addition to other restrictions under these Terms of Use, you agree not to:
a) Use the Website or Products for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, server, databases or other systems.
b) Use any automated means (including bots, crawlers or scraping tools) to access, copy or index large portions of the Website.
c) Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices, disclaimers or proprietary markings in the Products.
d) Use the Products in a way that infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy or confidentiality.

10. Refunds and cancellations
Because Products are digital and become accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a download link has been provided or the Product has been accessed.
In exceptional cases, such as duplicate orders or proven technical issues preventing access, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, replacement or credit. Any such exceptions will not create an obligation to offer similar remedies in the future.
